I’d like to personally invite you to join me for a transformative experience designed to help you move forward through grief.

Having personally navigated traumatic grief and capturing my journey in my best-selling memoir, coupled with my skills as a licensed educator and certified grief coach, and my desire to hold space for those in a period of transition —alongside other wellness specialists— we've created space and opportunity for you to experience supportive practices that nurture clarity, hope, and renewed purpose.

When your world has been impacted by grief and the death of a loved one, you are forever changed. Who we were and what used to make us happy and feel alive, the dreams we had, and what used to be important to us, slip away and begin to fade. We run on auto-pilot, a shell of who we used to be, feeling lost, angry, overwhelmed, sad, confused, anxious, scared, and alone.


The reality is that navigating grief is hard. There is no magic switch that can be flipped to make the pain and sadness go away. We each have our own healing path.


I am here to remind you that there can be life after loss. You can rediscover who you are and bring purpose and joy back into your life after experiencing the death of a loved one.
